Rewire 30 program

A 30-Day Structured Program For Young adults

Rewire 30 is a 30-day intensive daytime program for young adults (17–22) who have lost momentum. Whether they're struggling with substance use, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, low motivation, or simply finding it difficult to launch into adulthood, Rewire 30 helps them rebuild confidence, purpose, healthy routines, and the practical skills needed to move forward.

A Structured Approach to Real Change

Rewire 30 is a daytime program for youth (ages 17–22) that provides the structure, accountability, and support needed to interrupt harmful patterns and build healthier ones—while allowing clients to continue living at home. This is not a passive or talk-only program. Each day is intentionally designed to help participants:

Understand what is driving their behaviour

Investment

Investing in the Next Chapter

Choosing Rewire 30 is a significant investment—not only financially, but emotionally. We recognize that families considering this program have often spent months or even years searching for the right support.

For many, Rewire 30 represents the opportunity to change direction before a young adult loses another semester, another job, another relationship, or another year feeling stuck.

Program Investment: $6,000

The program includes 30 days of intensive, in-person support, combining psychotherapy, recovery coaching, psychoeducation, movement, mindfulness, life skills, family involvement, and community-based learning in a structured therapeutic environment.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, participants spend an entire month practicing new ways of thinking, communicating, regulating emotions, and building healthy routines—all with the support of experienced professionals and a community of peers.

Insurance Coverage

Because Rewire 30 includes services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist, a portion of the program fees may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your individual insurance plan.

Eligible psychotherapy services include individual therapy sessions, group psychotherapy, and family therapy sessions delivered throughout the program. We provide detailed receipts that families can submit directly to their insurance provider.

We encourage families to contact their benefits provider to confirm their coverage for Registered Psychotherapist (RP) services before the program begins.
