Guided by Experience and Insight

More Than a Clinical Team A Therapist. A Recovery Coach. A Mother and Son. One Shared Mission.

Rewire Life was created from a simple belief: emerging adults deserve more than a weekly appointment and a list of strategies. They deserve a place where they feel understood, challenged, supported, and hopeful.

Our team brings together two perspectives that rarely exist under one roof.

We combine professional expertise with lived experience to create something different.

We believe growth is about more than stopping or starting a behavior. It is about building a life worth living.

Every conversation, every challenge, and every success is grounded in the same goal:

Helping young adults reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, and create meaningful lives.

At Rewire Life, you're not just joining a program.

You're joining a community that believes lasting change is possible.

Siobhan Chirico, MA, RP, OCT

Registered Psychotherapist | Clinical Director at Rewire Life

For over a decade, Siobhan has helped children, teens, and families move out of crisis and into stability, connection, and confidence. She works with families who feel overwhelmed-where anxiety, emotional shutdown, behavioural struggles, or disconnection have taken over daily life. Her focus is on helping young people understand what's driving their behaviour, while giving parents the tools and clarity to support real change.

Siobhan is a Registered Psychotherapist and Ontario Certified Teacher, and a faculty instructor at Brock University. She is widely recognized for her expertise in parenting and emotional regulation, with features across major North American media and regular contributions to Today's Parent Magazine. She is the author of Climbing Crisis Mountain, a practical guide for navigating meltdowns and challenging behaviour in children. Most importantly, she understands what it means to support a child through struggle, not just as a clinician, but as a parent.

Liam Chirico

Launch Coach | Founder of Rewire Life

Liam works with individuals who are ready for change but can't consistently follow through on their own. Whether a client is early in recovery, stuck in relapse cycles, or struggling to build momentum, Liam focuses on what moves the needle: structure, accountability, and daily action. He has completed training in addictions counseling through Wilfrid Laurier University-but what makes his work different is his lived experience.

Guiding Consistency Through Experience

Liam has been through recovery himself. He understands the resistance, the setbacks, the lack of motivation—and the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. His role is to help clients rebuild consistency, stay accountable, and translate intention into real, daily progress. Liam does not provide psychotherapy or clinical counseling services.

Why This Approach Works When Others Haven't

Many families come to us after trying therapy that helped their child understand themselves-but didn't create lasting change. Others have tried to enforce structure-but without addressing what's happening underneath. Rewire Life is built on both. As a mother-and-son team, we bring two critical perspectives together:

We understand both sides of the struggle:

Clinical insight to understand what's driving behaviour.

Real-world structure and accountability to change it day-to-day.

What it's like to fight your way through recovery.

What it's like to love and support someone through it.

Introducing Rewire 30

Rewire 30 is our structured 30-day program designed to help young people stabilize, rebuild habits, and regain control of their lives. This isn't just talk. It's a guided, supported process that helps your child:

  • Rebuild daily structure.
  • Develop consistency and follow-through.
  • Reduce chaos and impulsive patterns.
  • Regain a sense of direction and control.

Through a combination of therapeutic insight and hands-on coaching, we help bridge the gap between understanding and action—so change actually sticks.
